Brave Girls: Faithful Friends Book Review

Book Description

Faithful Friends, forever true . . . hearts together, me and you!
From the time they are babies, some little girls reach out to those around them, smiling, laughing, playing, and making friends. Others might find it a little tough. This new Brave Girls devotional features 90 devotions that will reinforce a young girls desire to have friends, to BE a friend, and to help her share her faith with friends of all ages. Just as God is our "Forever Friend," faithful and true, the Brave Girls take readers through these pages, encouraging her to be best friends she can be! Each devotion will include:
  • A relevant opening scripture from the Bible
  • A thought-provoking devotion to encourage a faithful and friendly heart
  • An engaging closing prayer to help the reader become the ambassador of friendship God wants her to be!

My Review:

Brave Girls: Faithful Friends is 90-day devotional for girls aged 7-10. My daughter is 7 and this was perfect for her. I love that each day the book starts with a passage of scripture, story and then ends with a prayer. I also love that there are little activities taking things one step further and really getting the child involved with what they are reading. My daughter absolutely loved this book and loves starting her day out reading Gods word. Its a great book that encourages young girls to be brave and faithful friends while following God's word on a daily basis. The book teaches young girls through God's word that they should step out of their comfort zone to do the right thing. The length of each daily devotional is perfect for the 7-10 age range and my daughter being 7 had no problems with it whatsoever. I highly recommend this book and so does my daughter!
